Hotel & Transportation*

 We will provide 4 options for out of town guest conveniently located to the venue and secure booking. Research and secure transportation option (Lyft, Uber, etc)

We will work together to gather inspiration and make sure your dream vision for your event is achieved

Rehearsal Dinner

Booking and organizing the dinner, working with vendors to make sure the dinner runs smoothly

Post Wedding Brunch Coordinating

We will coordinate all details and services with vendors. For the day of the brunch we will be onsite for 2 hours to ensure it goes smoothly.

Additional Assistant

 Weddings over 100 guest will require additional assistance to ensure the day goes smoothly as planned and reduce any hiccups that may occur

Chair Setup

Arranging and setup of up to 150 chairs. 2 hours

Reception Clean-up*

After all guest have vacated the venue, our team will make sure the venue is clean and taken care of to ensure you get your deposit back or do not incur extra charges

Invitations*

Creations, stuffing and mailing of printed invitations. Client is responsible for postage. Up to 100 invitations. Over 100 can discuss.

Experienced Childcare services

Needing childcare for the little ones during your event? We have partnered with Endless Memories to provide experience childcare for you little ones. $30 per child activities included

* Assistance for wedding couple is included in the "For the Love of Magic" package
** Travel fees are included in all packages up to 50 miles from zip code 74114. 51+ miles——– $.58/mile
