Full Service Wedding Planning

With full planning, you’ll have us by your side every step of the way. We’ll handle all the legwork to assemble the perfect team for your big day. We’ll also craft a personalized design plan that incorporates unique details and meaningful touches to every aspect of your event so that your wedding feels like an extension of you.  

Full Planning includes:

  • Venue selection and site visits
  • Vendor referrals and management 
  • Contract review and negotiation
  • Budget assessment and oversight
  • Planning checklist with to-do’s outlined throughout the process
  • Creation of design plan to include: mood board, floral and linen recommendations, color palette, and custom floor plans
  • Oversight of additional design elements including lighting design and table scape décor
  • Sourcing of custom design pieces including event furnishings and décor
  • Management of structural event elements including tenting, flooring, and staging 
  • Curation of paper suite to include: invitations, place cards, name cards, signage, etc. 
  • Creation of custom installations for cake, escort card, and other displays
  • Management of all transportation logistics for guests and bridal party
  • Coordination with venue staff
  • Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIP’s
  • Run rehearsal prior to wedding day
  • (2) Event assistants on-site day-of
  • Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for

Month of coordinating

With Month of, you will have us towards the end of the planning. We tie up the loose ends help with vendors and supply needed recommendations 

     • Creating a wedding planning checklist
     • Three pre-wedding consultations
     • Supplying any needed vendor recommendations
     • Vendor contract reviews
     • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline
     • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
     • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal

     • Directing the ceremony processional
     • Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
     • Setup of wedding accessories such as a guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
     • Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
     • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
     • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
     • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
     • Providing an emergency kit
     • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups

Planning the entire wedding and want someone to take care of the day of? This is the package for you  

      • Two pre-wedding consultations (one MUST be face to face)
     • Constructing a detailed wedding day timeline
     • Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding
     • Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal (if needed)

     • Directing the ceremony processional
     • Setup of wedding accessories such as a guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
     • Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
     • Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
     • Providing an emergency kit
     • Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
